Dallin and Levi are playing together. There are lots of shooting noises.

Levi: We are on the Boss level of the Mega Zombie. 

Later

“I lost my arm in battle...

Oh there’s my arm!!”

 Levi: Mom, next time you see daddy tell him “thank you” for marrying you. But NOT with a kiss. Yuck. 

 I had a massive headache last night.  Weston said the family prayer: "Heavenwy Fodder, fank you for dis day.  Mommy has a headache.  Thank you she feels better tomorrow..."

Levi: Mom, who do you love more, me or Weston? {whispers} Whisper your answer so he doesn’t hear you.

Levi:
Do you want to hear a ghost story?
(Scary voice)
It’s was raining. It was pouring. The old man was snoring...

Me: Levi, your chair is about to slip and fall. You shouldn’t sit like that.
Levi: It’s okay, I like danger.

After a long Mother’s Day of Mike cooking a cleaning, Dallin says to me “I think Mother’s Day is hard for daddy”. I thought he was referring to how much extra work daddy was doing but then he continued “he doesn’t have a mommy because she died”.

Dallin: Levi is in a cranky mood. He just wants to sit an pout. I know what he needs. I’m going to make him a peanut butter and jelly sandwich”.

Weston is learning about Adolf Hitler. He struggles to put into words how he feels about the subject. Finally he says “I just want to punch him”.

”Mommy and Daddy are going on a date. Please behave yourselves.”
We leave the room for 30 seconds to say goodbye to Weston and when we come back, Levi is in the fridge with a can of whipped cream.
